
Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Creamy, indulgent, and perfectly autumnal — pumpkin-spice cream floats over espresso and vodka for a dessert-like cocktail that feels like sweater weather in a glass.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1.5 oz vodka
• 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso
• 1 oz pumpkin-spice cream (half-and-half + pumpkin purée + pumpkin spice syrup)
• Garnish: grated nutmeg
BUILDING THE DRINK:
1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Add 1.5 oz vodka and 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso.
3. In a small cup, mix half-and-half, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin spice syrup to create the cream.
4. Float the pumpkin-spice cream gently on top of the drink.
5. Finish with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
