
Maple Espresso Old Fashion
A fall take on a classic — bourbon, maple syrup, and Gerald’s Espresso stir together into a rich, aromatic sipper with hints of orange and cinnamon.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso
• 0.25 oz maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: orange peel + cinnamon stick
BUILDING THE DRINK:
1. In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz bourbon, 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso, ¼ oz maple syrup, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with an orange peel and grated cinnamon.
