
Espresso Penicillin
This spiced mocktail brings cozy warmth to a non-alcoholic glass — honey, ginger, lemon, and espresso come together with a gentle fizz and a kick of seedlip spice.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso
• 1 oz seed lip spiced
• 0.75 oz honey-ginger syrup
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• Top with soda water (optional fizz)
• Garnish: candied ginger
BUILDING THE DRINK:
1. In a shaker, combine 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso, 1 oz Seedlip Spiced, ¾ oz honey-ginger syrup, and ¾ oz fresh lemon juice.
2. Add ice and shake well.Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
3. Optional: top with a splash of soda water for light fizz.
4. Garnish with candied ginger.
