
Espresso Martini
A timeless classic with a bold twist — smooth Gerald’s Espresso meets vodka and Demerara for a rich, velvety cocktail that’s equal parts pick-me-up and wind-down.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso
• 2 oz vodka
• 3/4 oz Demerara
• 3 espresso beans
BUILDING THE DRINK:
1. Add 1 oz Gerald’s Espresso, 2 oz vodka, and ¾ oz Demerara syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to create a creamy foam.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with three espresso beans for a polished finish.
